Application Process
Your agent was very helpful in explaining the NRP process and answering my questions. The application process was done over the phone, I answered a few questions, the agent went step by step to explain the contract that was sent to me via email. He was very patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

I am overall very happy with NDR, my only regret is that I have one that is with an attorney and isn't able to be brought over. So I am sad that I waited so long to get NDR involved. Brian has been great at getting things started and making the process easy to understand.

For what is probably the first time, I experienced a perfect customer service interaction with Janet **. She was the kind of specialist who, upon hearing the details of what I was communicating to her, immediately adjusted her cognitive and speech reactions to suit my needs---MINE, the customer! Yeah...This doesn't happen today. It just doesn't. But it happens here. I could write a great deal more. Just know that THIS is how it is supposed to be.
If you all DID record the conversation (as is often suggested), you would do well to study it for all its invaluable content--especially given the example of what precisely NOT to do presented by one Mark ** (800) 300-9550_ext **. I do hope you recorded this one, too, because you will be treated to your other "specialist" doubling and even TRIPLING down on insulting me and calling me rude. Ironically, he fails to ascertain his own rudeness--the one with which such an agent should (must?) be MOST concerned. But, alas, he is not. HE would do well not to repeat his offenses in public as someone might respond most unsatisfactorily or, indeed, receive a few choice words, as was the case with our interaction (NOT acceptable on my part, I will add).
Nonetheless, Ms. ** MORE THAN recovered your business and reputation. In fact, it may also accurately be stated that, for me at least, she single-handedly raised your stock impossibly beyond what it could have been ever. Instant winners---that's where she took you all. Well done. I'd get more like her, if I were you. But...pssh!...That's just me. (*Shrugs.* *Smiles.*)

I reached out to National Debt Relief because I was in debt and needed help. I chose them after seeing their advertisements and speaking with a representative who was very friendly and helpful. They provided a service where they negotiated lower payments with my creditors and settled my debts. The enrollment process involved submitting my creditors to them and making an address change to avoid contact from creditors. They then contacted my creditors, negotiated payments, and I paid a set amount to them, which was used to settle my debts.
My initial interactions with the consultant were smooth and supportive. He explained each step of the process clearly. Throughout the program, various debts were settled and they kept me informed, ensuring I approved each settlement. I did encounter an issue, but it was resolved without any trouble when it turned out to be my mother's debt since we have the same name.
I’ve completed the program, which feels like a graduation, and I’m considering seeking their help again due to recent medical bills after multiple hospital visits this year. National Debt Relief has had a positive impact on my life, offering me much-needed assistance with my bills and consistently providing excellent service. Every time I've reached out, they've been responsive and helpful.
I would rate the overall experience, customer service, services provided, the sales and marketing process, the price I paid, and their online tools all as excellent. I can't complain about anything regarding their company. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of financial assistance.

The associate who helped was informative and compassionate, and made the process easy to go through. Background information and application process was done in hours rather than days. High hopes
So far all I have done is signed up. Kevin was great. Took all the time to set me up and answer my questions and put my mind at ease. The initial process was smooth. I compared various debt relief services, focusing on their reputations and customer reviews, and ultimately chose National Debt Relief due to their superior comments and ratings. During the enrollment process, which occurred about five years ago, I had to document all my credit cards and their balances, fill out an expense form, and submit my income details. This information was then used to establish a workable budget. Although it was challenging to allow my accounts to go past due as a strategic move for better negotiation, the process was made easier by the supportive staff.
The program with National Debt Relief was a game-changer for me. It offered hope and a clear path forward when I felt overwhelmed by financial strain. The requirement to close my credit card accounts was difficult, especially during emergencies, like car troubles, or periods of furlough from my job during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the absence of credit cards motivated me to rely on resourceful budgeting and support from friends.
I could consistently monitor my progress through their website, which provided monthly updates and settlement offers. Transparency was never an issue, as I had access to my account information at any time, ensuring peace of mind throughout the process.
I wholeheartedly recommend National Debt Relief to friends, and have done so, especially to those in similarly challenging financial situations. Juan was very helpful with me. He explained everything in detailed. He went through every page to make sure I understand and if I had any questions as we went through the contract. He explained the additional and recommended the legal assistance of the credit companies decided to pursue that avenue and what it covers. I was very happy with his customer service.

My experience with NDR
Marjorie my set up agent was great! She was patient with all my questions. Explained things very politely & professionally when asked. I had been reluctant for some time to go this route to get out of debt. After being turned down for numerous home equity & personal loans I turned to NDR. And, I have to say what they claim to be able to do for me will be a game changer once I’ve completed the program. I am pleased with the terms of my contract! Unless there is something I am yet unaware of I would highly recommend them to anyone in my situation.

Debt hardship

I contacted National Debt Relief due to my credit card debt and found the process very straightforward. They had positive reviews, which influenced my decision. The enrollment was simple, as I spoke with someone over the phone who asked a few questions. I was particularly impressed with the representative's understanding, non-judgmental attitude, and overall ease to work with.
If asked, I would describe my experience as easy, quick, and without any negative repercussions. Although there were fees, they were not exorbitant, and everything functioned as promised. Overall, it's an easy-to-use service.
In terms of ratings, I would give my experience and their customer service a 5 out of 5, and a 4 for the price paid for their services.

The team at National Debt Relief was consistently helpful, making it easy to resolve my issues. They assisted me in consolidating several credit cards, which eventually led to paying them off. This was incredibly beneficial for me. Being relieved from my debt is truly the best part of the experience, and I'm grateful for their help.
Their availability was convenient. Whenever I called, they promptly addressed my concerns, assuring me they would handle everything. I have graduated from the program, and it has had a positive impact on my life. I managed to pay off everything in full.
