EXPERIENCE ON THE DAY OF APPLICATION
It was one of the best, thorough and thoughtful. The whole exercise brought some relief to the family. It is my anticipation that I will be able to build my credit now that the relief has been sought. I would certainly recommend some of my friends and relatives who are in the same predicament. I was mostly thrilled by savings that resulted after the application.

amazing service
When getting help I did not feel judge at all. Jaime was really great help. He helped me feel relieved from the debt I had unfortunately collected. It was a really easy process and it was well explained. I haven't felt this relieved in many years. I'm thankful I found this organization.

Getting out of Debt
I had a great experience with NDR. The person who helped me was very informative and helpful. I know will be able to get out of debt faster. I would refer any of my family and friends if they needed to get out of debt fast. I should be debt free in about 41 months or sooner.

Getting help with credit card debt
Trisha was so very nice and professional. Took care of me from the beginning to the end. Made me feel like I’m not the only person to have these concerns/problems. So glad I called to get the help I desperately needed. I was very worried about not making my payments but Trisha reassured me that it would be fine and everything would be good and this is what I needed to do. Thanks to Trisha for the bottom of my heart.

Hardship Loan
My experience was a positive one. My representative was friendly and welcoming. He did not pressure me. He was helpful and reassuring. He answered my questions. This is new territory for me and I felt very apprehensive, he assured me that this program was legitimate. I then proceeded with the application, I was satisfied with the process.

We love Chris Norton!

Great program!
Professional and knowledgeable! Enjoyed working with Dennis! Knew answers to all questions I had! - a rarity! Relatively speaking the process was speedy - but thorough. Though the document signings program was a bit cumbersome, it worked! Dennis knew the screens and information I encountered which was very reassuring! Yes I would recommend to a friend!

Excellent Customer Service
I worked with specialist Ramy ** and this has been the best customer experience with any organization. Ramy was patient through several technical difficulties. He listened attentively and compassionately to ensure every concern was accounted for. He explained the entire process start to finish and paused when I had additional questions. I received all documentation immediately via email and was provided with time to review everything while on the phone before I completed any signatures. I was verbally given contact information as well as emailed/text messaged the same contact information at the beginning of the call.

There is no lie
I don't remember her name, but I guess that it is Amanda ** and the experience there was phenomenal. She had helped me from beginning to finish and indeed she is very charismatic and amicable. I had enjoyed every second of the time I spent with her on the phone and it was amazing.

Debt refief
I called just to get info on debt relief. After talking with Adam, he explained the program and help me to understand every aspect of my program. For the first time in years, I could see light at the end of this very dark tunnel of debt. By the end of the call, I felt hope again. My program was designed to fit my home and family budget.

I have been struggling with bills for many years. My Mother and Brother enrolled in National Debt Relief a while back. Since then, they have a handle on their bills. I enrolled and I have a great feeling of relief from my debts. The agent that helped me with my enrollment was very patient and understanding. He is very professional.

This company really does help provide relief
I worked with this company years ago and they helped me get out of debt and provide relief during the process so I could focus on other things in life. After some big life changes, I unfortunately created some more debt and needed some support and reached out again. Oz was deeply helpful and kind and made me feel taken care of. I do recommend this company if you're at a place where you can't get ahead with debt.

Debt Relief
Taking a leap of faith after enduring many sleepless nights, I decided I must to something to remedy this debt I created as a result of unsuccessful surgeries. Feeling much better of debt
Applying and working with National Debt Company that I feel much better because they gave me clear information and helped me to reduce my amount that I have owned my credit cards. I suggest that if you have owed credit cards I can not pay them, call National Debt Company and they will help you.

Application process
I was always afraid of turning to a debt consolidation company for fear of how I would be judged but National Debt Relief made it so easy. The reps I spoke with, particularly Steven **, were courteous and respectful. I did not feel I was being judged one minute of the process. Thank you Steven and thank you National Debt Relief.

Excellent Service
Luke ** was extremely professional and helpful with me. I was very embarrassed being in debt. Luke explained the difference between debt consolidation and enrolling in a hardship program. His main concern was to make sure I understood that every month I made a credit card payment, I was paying to plastic where I could be paying myself. With this budget we created, I will be able to pay my debts and SAVE money for me and my family! For the first time I felt relief and pride! Luke spoke to me in terms I understood when reviewing the forms I signed. He will be following up with me and that’s what I call professionalism! Customer service is not dead after all!!! Give this man a raise!! He is an asset!

Debt relief
So far I have been pleased with National Debt Relief. It has, however, only been two days so not much has happened yet. I am looking forward to not stressing over my credit card bills so I am hoping for a positive result from working with your company. I am especially hopeful that, with your help, I can avoid bankruptcy. Living on a fixed income these days is very difficult and I believe I have made the best decision for my circumstances.

Kudos to Teron **! He was absolutely delightful. He really knows his stuff and answered soooo many questions. He understood my fears and was extremely patient. He deserves a big bonus!!!! I can't say enough about him. He wouldn't let me make any decisions until he knew I completely understood what I was getting in to. I have very high hopes going forward thanks to him.

Experience
Very good, worked overtime to help me out. Cut monthly payment in half and saved me thousands on interest payments. Will still be short on funds for a month, but should have money to spend after that. It is better to reach out for help before the credit card companies raise your rate so you can only afford to pay the minimum payment.

The whole process of getting information and going forth with the providing of required data to apply for help was both easy to understand and reassuring. My representative was patient, able to answer my questions and understanding. I would definitely recommend, NDR! Excellent Customer Service
When I spoke with Andres earlier this morning his customer service skills was very Excellent. One of the things that I really appreciate is his attention to details in guiding me with the proper services and protocol that National Debt Relief have to offer. Andres was very engaging in helping me with National Debt Relief services, I also like the fact that he stayed on the phone with me all the way through till the end. In times like these it's hard to find GREAT Customer Service but with National Debt Relief they have gotten it right. This is the way that Customer should be treated with kindness, patient, and understanding during difficult times.

Debt relief
Calvin **, was very helpful with me and knowledgeable about all the path and direction to my financial relief burden. I was even able to take care of a legal case against me.
