Excellent process
Excellent process. Left with confidence that this will work. We are at the beginning and there's a long process to go through, but all my questions were answered very precisely and professionally. Amazing
Norman was amazing and explained everything. Help me really calm down as all this stuff just gets overwhelming. I finally can breathe out of relief and only that he responds to my emails to make sure there’s clarity to everything. Can't say enough about great customer service.
I'm going to have to say since it's only been a few hours since I joined National Debt Relief. I had a great experience with the agents helping me out. Great customer support. Brittney was very nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to working with them to eliminate my debt. For me credit cards are not a good option.

The time spent on the phone with Sarah ** was kept to a minimum and during that short time we accomplished everything that we needed in order to work towards a solution to my problem. Pay my debt with one low monthly payment

The agent made the process very smooth. H took time to go over everything about National Debt Relief. Answered any questions we had. Our experience was very good. We didn't feel rushed through the process. He really took his time to go over the details. As we signed the documents he went over everything. Answered prayers
I was always having nightmares about the debt that I owed. I was listening to the radio and not sure if it was this company or another company that talked about consolidation debt. I did my research and found National Debt Relief. I filled out the form and let it go, then I heard it again, so I went back to the website and filled it out again. Wonderful at a needed time. Samantha was so patience.
We were so thankful to be added to the debt relief program. We always want to pay our debt and with joy we can we pray that others will take notice and take the time to apply. Step by step we were guided through the program. A sign of relief to once again being on track. Getting help
Got help. Was reluctant at first but needed help. Personal information given with hesitation but needed. Digital communication is risky and scary. Awaiting results from application. VERY FREINDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE
The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took his time Explaining everything to me. I did not feel rushed or pushed to do anything. All my questions were answered. Went over all the forms. It did Not take a lot of time to do the paperwork. All the paperwork is emailed to me. He also help me with the portal. How to access it and what I will be looking for once my debit is being paid off.

Highly recommend
Last night, I called National Debt Relief feeling pretty desperate. I spoke with Jason, and from the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and completely non-judgmental. He even shared a bit about his own experience and how he came to work for the company, which made the whole conversation feel more personal and genuine. The call ended up lasting about two and a half hours, and even though it was late and I was tired after a long work day, Jason never rushed me. He walked me through how the program works and put together a plan tailored to my situation. He really took the time to make sure I understood everything, and I could tell he truly cared. Today, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I have a clear plan and that things are going to be okay. I’m a lot less stressed, and I owe that to Jason and the team at National Debt Relief. I’m so grateful.

Debt consolidation
It was a very easy experience for me. I was a bit skeptical at first. They walked me through step by step. This is just the beginning of my journey so time will tell, but so far very impressed. Thank you for helping me through this time. Even though our credit will take a hit it’s only temporary, but then again our credit isn’t the best now.
